I grew up in Canada and earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2011. I began my legal career at a major law firm and have been licensed to practice in California since 2014. Over the past 14 years, I’ve advised clients on a range of commercial and intellectual property matters across the Americas and Asia.

JSTMS was born out of a desire to offer a personal and responsive experience at a reasonable cost. Advances in AI allow lawyers to do their work much faster, and I believe those savings should be passed on to you. Businesses in need of legal assistance with trademark matters shouldn't have to choose between a cheap trademark mill that provides a service of questionable quality, and high-priced law firms.
